Member Tracing Services
As an established tracing business Accurate Data Services have in excess of 20 years’ worth of knowledge to draw upon. Here at ADS we always look at a client’s problem as the outcome we need to solve. To this end, ADS embrace a client-centric philosophy and always endeavour to find the client’s desired outcome before “selling” to them.
UK Member Tracing
ADS have developed a progressive pricing structure which evidences our client centric approach. Our belief is; why pay excessively for something/someone that can be found in minutes?
Our entry level Trace-5 (T5) is a quick tracing process aimed at finding a member or determining what level of progressive tracing will be required to achieve the desired outcome.
The T5 is followed by the Trace-25 (T25), Trace-50 (T50) and Trace-100 (T100) each getting progressively more in depth and adding more researcher time to the tracing process. Should you start at the T5 level and need to progress to the T25 then you will only pay the difference between the 2 services. The progression process also applies to the T25 to T50 and the T50 to T100.
Overseas Member Tracing
As the global marketplace expands and there are increasing numbers of members residing abroad (especially following the Work From Home culture created by the Covid-19 pandemic) then looking at overseas tracing is becoming more and more the norm.
Our expert team, with in excess of 20 years’ knowledge to draw upon, can quickly and effectively find many so-called “lost” members.
Our current average “find” rate for overseas members is between 40% – 60% depending on the data quality, the member’s global location, as well as other factors.
Deceased Member Tracing
Unfortunately, death is an evil we all have to face at one point or another and this can be an extremely emotional and confusing time for those that are left behind. These times can be so confusing that family members may not realise their relative even had a scheme plan and/or do not know the details of such a plan and subsequently cannot notify the scheme.
ADS have developed a progressive pricing structure which evidences this client-centric approach. Our belief is; why pay excessively for something/someone that can be found in minutes?
ADS offer several levels of deceased tracing from the entry level “Deceased Trace” (original name, we know) through to Complex Deceased Tracing involving detailed genealogical research. The primary difference in these “levels” is how many beneficiaries are needed to be found. The Deceased Trace service finds a single beneficiary whereas the Complex Deceased Tracing can generate an entire family tree with multiple beneficiaries. The Deceased Trace service is sold at a price per member, whereas the Complex Deceased Tracing is charged at an hourly rate with the number of hours quoted on enquiry. The Advanced Deceased Trace solution includes finding up to 4 executors/beneficiaries.
